Shared Student HMO Houses & Flats

Modern, safe, secure and affordable. All our hmo student accommodation adheres to the current Safety Regulations. Most student bedrooms come furnished with double bed, desk and chair (you'll be needing those !), wardrobes and chest of drawers as a minimum.

Fully equipped kitchens normally include cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine – we're afraid you are responsible for your own domestic chores however!!

Lounge areas will have seating appropriate to the number of students and are normally ready to receive Sky TV or Virgin Media (Students must sign up and pay for these services if required).

All properties will normally have electric or gas central heating and bathroom facilities in accordance with local hmo regulations.

Bills Included

The vast majority of managed properties now come with utility bills included in the rent, but make sure you ask about this when viewing properties. The normal utilities will include Gas, Water & Electric, but you can ask to add other utilities such as Superfast Broadband and TV License to be included in the rent also. The rent will be increased accordingly to cover these additional services. Fair usage policies are in place to prevent abuse of the utilities inclusive deals.
