DEMAND
Such is the demand for student accommodation in Swansea that, from January each year, we book rooms and properties for students ready for occupation in September of the next academic year. This has two major benefits. Firstly, the
tenants
get to secure their rooms early and are relieved of the stress that comes with last minute panic viewing. Secondly, the
landlord
gets to budget in advance, to make sure the outgoings are going to be met for the coming year.
MAINTENANCE
For repairs, we have our very own dedicated Studentdigz Maintenance Department. For the more specialised repairs (Electrical, Gas, Roofing, etc) we have an established list of approved local Contractors to ensure the job is done correctly.
